SPEAKING HUMBLY: So real quick i want to say thank u so much to my supporters (new or old) that rock with me hard core. If you’ve been down you know my journey. If you are new to the movement, this music hustle is far from new to me. I was signed to the now defunct TVT records and released a critically acclaimed album COMPLEX SIMPLICITY that i wrote all lyrics and melodies and had the honorable opportunity to executive produce as a spanking brand new artist. I was one of, if not the first R&B artist to put out a mixtape b4 it became “the thing to do”, for no other reason but becuz i wanted to be heard (even a live mixtape) and for years to follow up until July 4th of last year I put out mixtapes for that reason. Spent years getting on stage and winning over fans with my “easy to relate to” “oh she’s down to earth” personality. Time passed… I became affiliated with #MMG which has gained me a nice amount of fans and open doors within the industry that hadn’t been open to me b4. I am grateful for that. Today I started a kickstarter campaign to help fund my first ever appearance at Essence festival July 6-7, 2012. I have stayed silent while people have assumed and speculated many things. (mainly cuz i’m grown ass shit and don’t give two you know whats about what people that don’t know me have to say) Let me say this. Mr. Rick Ross has put me in a wonderful position that i was not in before i became affiliated with him. I am #MMG til the death of me :) because the first time I was ever even acknowledged as an artist by MTV is when he spoke my name on there. Some of the opportunities that have come to me would not be with out him bringing the attention to my talent that he did. Whether you are speaking on my behalf becuz you have love for me or becuz you are a professional hating MoFo. I would appreciate it if you would not speak against Rick Ross pertaining to me. You do not know the terms of our affiliation or the inner workings of our relationship. I am asking fans of my music to support me on kickstarter to get to Essence and to complete my LUXURIOUSunderGRIND live dvd and documentary becuz i stand on my on feet, becuz i have a vision and i know many believe in me and my vision and are willing to help me and my movement including Rick Ross. so… this is the one and only time i will speak on this matter. Remember, lol i am not some industry chick… I’m 100% real woman. To my supporters i luv u with all my heart.. trust! I WILL GRIND TIL THE WORLD HAS A CHANCE TO SEE ALL MY FANTABULOUSNESS!!! To those of you that u that have nothing better to do with your lives but speak empty words… daaahhhrrrling… kiss my hot pink a$$. And i say that with nothing but luv in my heart. u should be honored. lol its a beautiful ass.
